Terms of use

The site presents Cobreo’s services and lets you contact us or start a diagnostic. Content is informational and is not personalized legal, financial, or technical advice until a separate agreement is in place.

You agree to use the site lawfully, not to attempt to compromise its security, not to submit illegal or misleading content, and not to use abusive automated means (excessive scraping, spam).

Texts, trademarks, logos, designs, and other site elements belong to Cobreo or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited, except for reasonable personal non-commercial use.

Information you send must be accurate. We may refuse or ignore abusive requests. An exchange through the site does not automatically create a service contract.

The application lets an organization connect one or more of its mailboxes, Gmail or Outlook. The organization authorizes Cobreo to read those mailboxes and to send, from the address a person in the organization chooses, the reply that person writes. Cobreo does not send a message on its own initiative.

The organization remains responsible for the content sent and for the choice of address. Disconnecting a mailbox stops further reads and further sends from that address.

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access or error-free content. To the extent permitted by law, Cobreo is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.

The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control their content and are not responsible for them.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Quebec and Canada. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Quebec, subject to any mandatory rights you may have.
